    Storyline:80后闺蜜林婷（李小冉 饰）、田甜（马苏 饰）和佳佳（刘涛 饰）生活在同一座城市，各自有着轻松平凡的工作。身为产科医生的林婷结婚几年后怀孕，这时她发现丈夫唐大维（冉旭 饰）出轨，因与丈夫纠葛导致工作失误，陷入医疗纠纷，与丈夫离异后她却将孩子生了下来。助产士小董（姜晓冲 饰）一直对她有好感，趁此机会照顾起了她母子俩。广告界女强人田甜这时风头正盛，丈夫齐晋东（田征 饰）则职场不尽人意，原本过几年再要孩子的田甜意外怀孕，思前想后她还是生下了孩子，当上父亲的齐晋东逐渐成熟起来。三人中属佳佳生活惬意，她嫁给了有钱的老公孔嘉诚（李晨 饰），过着富足的生活，但天不遂人愿，她的儿子悦悦被诊断为自闭症......
